What do I look for in a flat screen monitor? I have seizures and the flickering is buggin? - seizure monitor

I wonder what type of LCD flat screen, what I want? Someone told me that those receiving the feed @ all about? If you know what that means.

Even if I had the same problem, I would never recommend. What touches me, or can be very different and it would be unfair to mislead you into.
